COLLECTOR
Work hours: Monday and Tuesday 10AM - 7PM, Wednesday and Thursday 11AM - 8PM, Friday 9AM - 6PM, one Saturday per month 9AM - 2PM.
Job Duties: Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail, analyze financial situation of delinquent borrowers, make recommendations and take appropriate action to bring accounts current, maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity, inform management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charge off loans, handle all functions to ensure compliance with internal policy and procedures, the anti-money laundering and Bank Security Act. Must work cooperatively in a team environment.
Requirements: 1+ year of collections in a bank or credit union, excellent telephone and communication skills, good command of the English language, a customer-service oriented attitude, HS diploma or GED. Must have a clean credit report with no liens or judgments, and must pass a criminal background check.

HEAD TELLER
Work hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:30. Friday 8:30 to 6:30. Alternating Saturdays 8:30 to 1:30
Job Duties: Oversee the operation of the teller line. Coordinates daily teller activities and maintains adequate cash flow for the branch. Coaching and development of tellers. Promote credit union products and services. Handle all functions to ensure compliance of the BSA, anti money laundering and compliance with all policies and procedures. Schedules and monitors daily activities of tellers. Assist in "Coaching and Mentoring" of teller line staff ensuring that sales, member services and accuracy goals are achieved. Assists the Branch Manager in interviewing, cross training, and evaluates employee performance within the department; recommends promotions, transfers and salary adjustments; identifies performance problems and takes action to correct, including termination. Orders daily cash requirement for the credit union. Manages vault cash. See that the Federal Reserve deposit is processed in a timely manner. Handle research of federal reserve items and timely correction of cash letter adjustments. Responsible for ensuring that the house is balanced in a timely manner. Monitor and oversee traveler checks inventory and audit inventory and assure adequate supply at all times. Provide support for tellers ensuring that their duties are completed in a timely manner. Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations. Takes action to resolve any out of compliance issues. Ensure that required Currency Transaction Reports are accurately completed and file and all other applicable BSA requirements are satisfied. Cross sell credit union products and services and maintain compliance of all credit union Core Values.
Requirements: Qualified applicants should have 3+ years of banking or credit union experience. Teller experience, sales experience and customer service experience are required. Good command of the English language, a customer-service oriented attitude, and HS diploma or GED is required. Must have a clean credit report with no liens or judgments, and must pass a criminal background check.
