AOL Users: Please be sure AOL is set to "accept cookies." In addition, you may need to empty your cache (temporary internet files) and reboot your computer if you are having issues with connecting to Online Banking.
System Availability - Online Banking will be unavailable for 10-20 minutes sometime between 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. each morning; Thursdays for 2 hours starting around 5:00 a.m.; and unavailable for about 5 hours starting around 7:30 p.m. on the last business day of each month.
Monthly Maintenance will take place on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Online Banking and Audio Response will be unavailable during that time.
Online Banking Screen Help
Below we’ve highlighted the most frequently used Online Banking buttons. There is also a “help” button on the screen.
Accounts - View account history on all your accounts (for detailed history, use the Statement button which goes back to May 1, 2000); view all cleared checks; request copies of checks; and download directly into Microsoft Money or Quicken. Be sure to scroll down to read the instructions below the download screen.
Transfer - For transferring between joint accounts and making loan payments. Click once on the account you wish to transfer from and again on the account you wish to transfer to. Input the amount and your Password (Audio PIN). All transactions are processed on line, real time. However, we operate on business days (not weekends or holidays). Therefore, a transfer performed on a weekend will be given an effective date of the next business day, usually Monday.
Transfer to Other - This works just like the Transfer button but enables you to transfer to other member accounts when you know the account number. For example, you might use this function to transfer funds to a child’s account who is away at school or make loan payments.
Statement - View or print your statement at anytime. Simply input the date range you want, along with your Password (Audio PIN). You can view it on screen or print a copy. It will print information on all accounts associated with the Member Number entered at the Sign-On screen.

Change information - Please verify this information. If you have moved or changed jobs, your telephone numbers may not be up-to-date. Without current phone numbers, it’s hard to contact you.
FREE Bill Payment - Please visit “Bill Pay Frequently Asked Questions ” for complete information. Each Bill Pay screen also has a yellow Help button in the top right corner.
Goodbye - When you’re done, simply click this button to sign-off. It returns you to the sign-on screen in case you want to re-enter the system. Once you close this browser window, you’ll be back at the SYNERGY ONE Web site. For your security, you are signed off after 15 minutes of no key strokes.
